Strive is a creative filtering effect that offers new ways to control a powerful array of up to 64 filter stages. Whether you’re making your lead sound more expressive, your bass sounds more growly, or your pad sounds more ethereal, Strive can help you get the sound you’re going for and more.

Control

Use the WAVE knob to scroll through a table of frequency responses computed from the loaded sample. Change the placement of your filter stages in the frequency spectrum with SHIFT and SQUEEZE. Be razor sharp or heavy handed depending on your WIDTH, COUNT and SLOPE settings. Or try something else altogether and switch to PEAKS mode!

Stereo

Shift the cutoff frequencies of the right and left channel independently using the designated CV inputs on the back of the device and the STEREO OFFSET knob on the front. Go wide.

Control Voltage

Strive’s controls are meant to be constantly moving and changing, so its CV jacks on the back are just as important as its audio jacks! You can hook up LFOs, envelopes and any other CV source to the main controls and the 8 band offsets. Get that frequency response moving!
