Inspired by high octane game soundtracks of the 90s and early 2000s, designed for low poly drum and bass.
The melodic portion of this ReFill features 100 combinator 2 patches containing 100 Mimic patches. Featuring evolving parallel chords, retrofuturistic poly synths and heavy reese bass. With long sampling times, these Mimic patches capture the essence of ethereal pads and acid influenced leads with baked in sampled nostalgia.
A library of over 300 drum hits and 15 purpose built kits. Deep kicks and dry snares form the back beat of this drum collection, with pads 5 through 8 of the Kong kits reserved for break sounds for maximum low poly flavor. Relive the turn of the millennium with gritty sound effects, percussion and cymbals to shake up your liquid, jungle and 90s throwbacks.
GHS15 is created by sampling the E-MU X-Lead sound ROM, Novation A-Station, Roland JD-08 and Korg TR-Rack. The design of the instrument is inspired by a high octane racing game from the 90s.
